What we collect

TaskAgent AI stores only what you give it: your email, your display name, the projects, tasks and time entries you create, and the audio you record for the voice agent. Audio is sent to OpenAI Whisper for transcription and is not retained on our servers.

What we never do

We never sell your data. We never use your data to train third-party models. We never share your time entries with anyone other than your invited teammates.

Where it lives

Your data is stored on Supabase Postgres in the European Union (Paris). Each row is access-controlled to your account through row-level security.

Your rights

Delete your account from the Account tab at any time and your profile, projects, tasks, and time entries are permanently removed. Email support@abn.company for any other request.

This policy is a placeholder draft until App Store submission. The final version will be reviewed by counsel.
